  1. You've got me drooling again with your wonderful images of these birds. You say "nothing rare" but, with the exception of Goldfinch and Long-tailed Tit I'd be hard-pressed to find any of these in these parts at this time of year, and my heart would sing if I came across any of them.

    If I taken that Black Redstart image, it would be a strong contender for my photo of the year - absolutely stunning in every way!!
