FIRECRESTS EVERYWHERE

THERE ARE A LOT OF FIRECRESTS AROUND AT THE MOMENT AND THIS IS
THE FIRST YEAR THAT I HAVE MANAGED SOME DECENT SHOTS OF THEM.

SUE ALSO CAME OUT YESTERDAY TO TRY OUT HER NEW NIKON 70-300 LENS.
THESE ARE THE FIRST SHOTS SHE HAS TAKEN WITH IT.

THE REFLECTION PICTURE ON OUR LAST POST WAS ALSO
PUT ON BIRDGUIDES AND WAS AWARDED POTW.
THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME SO VERY PLEASED WITH THAT
AND A BIG THANK-YOU TO THE PEOPLE AT BIRDGUIDES.

  9. Firecrest is a species that has eluded me forever. Miriam saw one recently while we were in Slovenia, but I missed it. Maybe one day.........
