SPRING IS IN THE AIR

A FEW SHOTS TAKEN AT 2 OF MY FAVOURITE PLACES.
THE LINNET AND SAND MARTIN WERE TAKEN AT GWITHIAN.
THE WHITETHROAT AND THE WILLOW WARBLER
WERE TAKEN AT STITHIANS RESERVOIR.

  1. These are uncommonly handsome birds, all well photographed. I wonder how many people pay close attention to a Linnet - spectacular in its own way.

  6. Spring really is in the air in your neck of the woods it seems, John. Here it's looking like we are heading back into winter! At least I've got your cracking set of images to look at to remind me that there's hope yet for better weather!

Incidentally, give a shout if you are contemplating heading up to the Midlands for White-faced Darter at some time - I'd be delighted to meet up and take you to them.

With my best wishes to you both - Richard
