WE WENT TO GOSS MOOR 2 DAYS AGO AND THERE WERE
LOADS OF GOLDEN-RINGED DRAGONFLIES AROUND.
TODAY WE HAD A COUPLE OF HOURS AT BISSOE AND
DIDN'T SEE ANY WHICH IS VERY UNUSUAL FOR THAT
AREA BUT WE DID SEE 3 SOUTHERN HAWKERS.
HAVEN'T SEEN A COMMON HAWKER YET THIS YEAR.

Hello
ReplyDeletefirst-class recordings, nice details
Greetings Frank
Dragonflies are master pilots. And beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely set of photos. A bit jealous of all the Golden ringed Dragonfly you have down there.
ReplyDeleteThanks Marc, we feel like that about Brown Hawker. Sue
ReplyDeleteFantastic series of Photos! I am also a little bit jealous of the Golden-Ringed ;-) But the Southern Hawker is also not too bad ;-)
ReplyDeleteRegards, Maria
Excellent selection as depicted in your photographs. I am amazed that you get them to sit still for a moment for a picture..
