Got back from Landsend yesterday only to hear about the Great-spotted Cuckoo so went out again today to Nanquidno and Cot Valley. Just left Cot Valley when we heard it had been spotted again back we went but still no luck. It will be Friday before we can get out again by which time it will probably have gone. Couldn't find the Cattle Egrets and only one sighting of Black Redstart. Had our first Butterfly of the season, and saw a small blue one but couldn't get a shot.
John put the fear of God up me, scrambling down cliffs to get these Fulmar.(I've increased the insurance)
I hope you avoided the Fulmars gooey offerings John.
ReplyDeleteAnother great set of photographs - these images show how fortunate we all are to live in such a beautiful place.
