Bugs Abound.

Lots of Bugs and Moths around at the moment and some are really attractive up close,
not sure Sue would agree with me though, she much prefers Birds and Butterflies.

None of these Moths were trapped. Some were found in buildings at work and some in the
house, one was even found in the Greenhouse.

I know the Marbled White Butterfly is very tatty, but I have included it because I've not
seen one in Cornwall before. John

  15. Thank you so much for visiting my blog, I am so pleased because it means I have found yours! I don't know how I missed it before! I have had a good look through and it is great stuff with beautiful photos. I think moths are often overlooked which is a shame as there is such a wealth of them, I photographed two in the house in the last couple of days which I shall post soon.

  30. Interested to know where you saw the Marbled White. Was it photographed within its normal range i.e. east of a line between the Fowey and Camel Estuaries or to the west? There have been a few sightings west of this line in the past but no colonies now, as far as I know.
