West Cornwall

Haven't done much birding lately but spent today around the West of Cornwall, down at Drift, Newlyn, Sennen and Hayle. Nice to bump into Sam at Drift and also Richard.
Some of these shots were digi-scoped by John and some taken by me.

  3. Really nice Rock Pipit - a hard bird to do justice. Love the Redwing - very original pose.
Cattle Egret is still a "mega" up here, so feeling a little "gripped off"!
Thanks - really enjoy your posts.

  8. Great images, particularly of the Mediterranean Gull. I had to get out my Harrison's Seabirds to look it up. The Cattle Egret underneath the cow is a winner!

  20. The King comes up trumps again. The Redwing shot is fantastic and the Egrets among the Cattle show the size difference superbly.
