Romania 2009

Got back from Romania on Tuesday. John picked up some kind of virus (not Swine flu), he soldiered on till the end but has now been signed off work, so that took the shine off our Hols a little. I had real trouble with the camera so most of these shots are Johns. We would never have believed how difficult it is to get a shot of a Wallcreeper, so these are really only record shots. Had great views though and It was a lifer for us.

The Black Woodpecker wasn't much easier than the Wallcreeper.
