Great captures of the Bullfinch (male and female !!) And oh, the Stick insect (we call it hiking stick insect ;-) is ugly but stunning photo's (never seen one) Greetings
Flippin heck John!! There was me getting excited about seeing Stick Insects in the Scillies, and getting rubbish photos of them, and you come up with one in your garden and get utterly fantastic images! They're all brilliant, but I really love the detail in the last two.
Love your Bullfinches too! Sadly, our Bullfinches deserted us in September when the feeders ran out whilst we were away in Dorset.
I really envy your Bullfinches, what gorgeous birds they are! And that stick insect is prickly!! In France they are smooth! What a laugh to the jaws up close, would they be a meter long, I would run! LOL!
Lovely photos of those beautiful birds !
ReplyDeleteGreetings
