SNOW BUNTINGS at GOTHIAN SANDS

I Finally got down to Gothian Sands for the Snow Buntings.
Only had a short break in the weather to get them and they were quite flighty.
Finally met Mike (Kernow Birder) and Harvey the dog for the first time
and it was great to have their company.
We have been following each others blogs and realised that we actually went to school together.

  12. Snow Bunting is a species I should have seen numerous times by this stage of the winter, but so far not a one! They are all around, it's just that I haven't been where they are at any given moment. Think I'll try again today!

  13. Hi John: I just noted that you are planning on visiting North America next year. If your itinerary includes southern Ontario be sure to let me know and I'll be glad to help you do some birding here. Could even give you the comfort of a couple of home-cooked meals.
