SOMERSET'S NATURE RESERVES.

We have just got back from a trip to Hungary.
The days before and after we flew we stayed with family in Bristol
and took the opportunity to visit some great NR's in Somerset.
The Bittern was taken at Greylake NR and all the rest at Ham Wall NR.
The editor (Sue) is working on the shots from Hungary as we speak.

  1. You obviously had a great start to your trip even before you embarked for Hungary. I am looking forward to the details of that adventure.

  10. That's a super set of images, John! I'm envious of you getting shots of the Hairy Dragonflies settled. On Sunday the only static Hairy Dragonfly thing I could spot were exivia! Did just about manage a record flight shot of a male, however!

Looking forward to seeing how you fared in Hungary. It's a country I used to go to several times a year, but never had time to properly get to see the wildlife.

Best wishes to you both - - Richard
