HAM WALL

Whenever we visit our daughter in Bristol we always make a point of dropping in to Ham Wall on the way up, primarily for Hairy Dragonfly. We saw a few but always in the tops of trees and never dropping down for a photo. Never the less we had a great days birding and even managed a very distant record shot of the Red-Footed Falcon that's been hanging around for quite some time.

  11. Just catching up after a 10 day Scottish trip, John. This is a wonderful set of images! I'm extremely impressed by your Emperor in flight shot. The Grebe images are absolutely delightful, and I'm amazed by the size of the fish that they're catching.

    Best wishes - - - Richard
