ReplyDeleteA really fine series, John. A Purple Sandpiper is a bird I rarely see and you have captured it so well. There is not a bad picture at all. I bet many of us envy you your skill as a photographer.

Following on from David's comment, John, I'm one of those who envy your photographic skills. They're all crackers, but I particularly like the Grey Wag and Black Redstart images, and the first Firecrest image is probably my favourite - looks as if it should be on a Christmas card!
