I HAVE ONLY BEEN OUT A FEW TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS
AND THERE IS NOTHING VERY DIFFERENT AROUND.
IT IS STARTING TO BECOME QUIETER AND SOON IT WILL BE
THE BUTTERFLIES AND DRAGONFLIES, ALTHOUGH WE
HAVEN'T GIVEN UP HOPE OF A CUCKOO FOR THIS YEAR.
THESE WERE TAKEN AT EITHER MARAZION BEACH OR GOTHIAN SANDS.

Brilliant shots, John! It's great to see Sanderling in full summer plumage - something I have never managed! I have to say, however, that it's easy to pick out a favourite on this occasion and it has to be the Stonechat 'dad' with its offspring!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you've not been out much. I hope that all is OK?
With my very best wishes to you and Sue - - - Richard
Hi John,
ReplyDeleteNice Post! My favorite is Photo 4, 5, 8 and 9! But I love them all!
Best regards, Maria
Awesome. I love your photos. Have a nice evening.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful birds. Photos are amazing.
ReplyDeleteAn excellent post with a cracking series of photos. The Stonechat and young shot is superb.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff guys. Get down Windmill Farm - at least two male Cuckoo's there and plenty of dragons on the wing. Let me know if you are coming down. Regards. Dougy
ReplyDeleteWe rarely get to see shorebirds in breeding plumage here. Your Sanderling looks so dapper!
