Marazion Marsh and Hayle Estuary

Went out with my brother Chris on Friday to Hayle Estuary and Marazion Marsh.
The White-fronted Goose was a lifer for Chris although we would have liked closer shots.
We had to work over the week-end so didn't catch up with the Bittern out on the ice at Marazion. (thanks Monty)

  1. I'm praying for a kingfisher shot and have been for years, I'm therefore quite jealous of yours... The whole collection there is superb! Well done!

  7. ...beautiful shots. The first with the head-on gaze is gorgeous! I always love seeing your kingfishers. They are wonderfully colorful--much more so than ours--and they aredifficult to photograph around here!
