Here are some of the bird shots from Norfolk, taken mostly in the rain. You can see 3 extra pairs of legs underneath the female Avocet. These Spoonbills were breeding in Norfolk.
Thanks Trevor, you will love it,should be crawling with wildlife in September. Hi Mary, the Tag on the Greylag Goose is not uncomfortable, that's one of the questions i asked,it also tells were it was fitted, which is Holland. Thank you Ashley,Mona,Bermaxo and Anthony, pity they were taken in the rain, but great to see. John.
Nice ones John!I particularly like the Spoonbills. I'm never comfortable when I see tagged birds, when the tag is as obvious as the one on the goose, but, as you say, the discomfort is almost certainly mine and not theirs!
Love these John! The Spoonbills have bred for the past couple of years at Holkham, I have yet to get out there and see them though! J Follow me at HEDGELAND TALES

Piękne ptaki. Podoba mi się ten z długim wygiętym do góry dziobem. Nie znam go. Pozdrawiam
