Catching Up.

These are a few birds from the past week, including our first Siskin in the wild instead of on a red peanut bag in the garden. We also had our first Spotted Flycatchers for this year.
The Butterflies and Moths have been taken over the last couple of weeks.

  3. You guys have been getting around a bit. Loved the green hairstreak. Is that a Silver-bordered Fritillary? Chased my first one for nearly a mile to get a photo. The next time I found one it found me.

  11. The butterfly set is very impressive, but I'll give a lot to get a nice shot of the siskin like this... We start to have breeding pairs of them around and a couple was spotted with 3 chicks not so far from home. I'm just waiting for a nice sunny day to try to get them ;-)
